Milk and Feather processes personal data carefully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This policy explains which data we process through this website and why.
1. Who we are
Milk and Feather is a Dutch software studio and the data controller for the data collected through this website. For privacy questions, please reach out via the contact form.
2. What data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, email address, optionally your company name, and the content of your message. Through the newsletter signup we process only your email address. We collect no other personal data through this website and use no tracking.
3. What we use your data for
We use contact details solely to answer your question. We use your newsletter email address only to send you occasional updates about our products and relevant regulation. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention periods
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to handle your question, with a maximum of two years. We keep your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe.
5. Where your data is stored
Form data is stored with Supabase, our database provider, in a data centre within the European Union. The website is hosted by Vercel. Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with both parties.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, and the right to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
7. Changes
We may update this privacy policy. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest change at the top.
